Last week we had a major plumbing problem at our residence. The entire experience was made much more bearable by the knowledge, attitude and quick work done by your employees, especially Eugene. Our stationary tub in the basement was plugged and not draining. It was accumulating debris from our washing machine, dish washer, and kitchen sink. We called Mr. Rooter on a Saturday, and they fit us in the same day, even within two hours of our call. The plumber called to give us an estimate of arrival, and arrived at appointed time. Plumber arrived and was clean and friendly. He immediately inspected the situation, verbally communicated diagnosis and provided a free written estimate. THIS IS IMPORTANT the plumber was ready, willing, and able to do all of the work immediately (he was very well prepared). We signed off on the estimate and the plumber went to work. The work was done quickly, minimal mess, and he cleaned up after himself. He completed the work faster than anticipated, took care of the paperwork, provided suggestions for future care, and was done. The pricing was fair considering the work needing to be done, and more importantly, it was able to be done immediately. We strongly recommend Ray Templeman, as he was very knowledgable, prepared, and got the job done.

Since you always did such a great job for me in Baltimore, you can imagine how upset I was when I moved to Scottsdale, AZ and needed a plumber when my line was backed up. I called a local Scottsdale plumber who came out to my house and snaked the line and told me there was tree roots and the line as partially collapsed. He wanted $730 to camera the line and $4000 to run a new line if that was required.
My wife and I spent a few sleepless nights figuring out how we were going to come up with $4000. I remembered the only good plumber I've ever known was you. And being in property management, I've probably spoken to 50 plumbers in the last 10 years in Maryland and Arizona.
I called you from 2500 miles away to get some advice. After giving me some great advice over the phone, you said you would make a phone call and get back to me. Five minutes later you called me back and told me to call Mike Roberts, the service manager at Scottsdale Mr. Rooter. I called Mike. He came to my house. I explained what happened. He said he would camera the line. I said how much, he said "no charge, Rob called me from Baltimore and we take care of family". He sent a camera down the line and found no roots and that my line looked practically brand new.
I have never been more impressed with any company I've ever used and I've used a lot. I work for Fairfield Residential, one of the largest property management companies in America with approx 67,000 apartments nationwide. Any time I hear of a property needing a plumber, I will tell them to call Mr. Rooter, hopefully we can drum up some business for Mr. Rooter.

We just had a service tech (Wade) come to our house on Christmas Eve, and we just wanted to pass on that he was a hard worker, fast and very friendly. Wade was a wonderful person who even got stuck in the snow! He stayed both positive and very friendly despite the terrible weather and situation.
